We deeply believe in building your capacity for strength, power and movement - to empower you to move well and be fit for life. To this end we offer a range of small group (max 6 students per coach) fitness classes. These classes cover True Strength, Combat Conditioning, Skill development and Mobility Flow – all designed for you to build unmatched fitness, physique and movement.

TRUE STRENGTH
Designed to build true full-body strength, power and physique under expert instruction.
Starting with the fundamentals movement patterns and a focus on progressive training, your coach will tailor the class to directly suit your current skills level - all in an effort to build a body that is fit for life.
BEGINNER BODYWEIGHT
Designed to introduce bodyweight training in a safe, supportive, and approachable way - this class is perfect for anyone new to training or returning to the gym.
Focusing on fundamental movement patterns, mobility, and control, you’ll learn how to build strength, improve coordination and develop confidence at your own pace.
BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Designed to build overall strength, control, and endurance through gymnastics style strength and conditioning.
Suitable for a wide range of abilities, this class offers an effective way to get stronger, move better, and build functional fitness.
BOXING FITNESS & TECHNIQUE
Boxing classes for beginner and intermediaire level. 1 hour class with a boxing circuit focusing on your cardio and technique. We always include bag rounds and a core finisher.
Any age, fitness, condition is welcome, we like to focus on small group of 5 to progress the client.
